Abstract Submission Guidelines
  1. Mode of Submission
    Abstracts for Free Paper, Poster Presentation, and Case Presentation must be submitted online only through the official conference website. Submissions through any other mode will not be accepted.
     
  2. Presentation Category & Allocation
    • The number of papers to be accommodated is limited.
    • Authors may indicate their preferred mode of presentation during submission.
    • However, some abstracts submitted for Free Paper may be shifted to the Poster section at the discretion of the Scientific Committee.
    • Case reports, unless carrying a very novel message, will not be considered for Oral Presentation.
       
  3. Author Eligibility
    • It is mandatory for the Presenting Author to be registered for the conference to be eligible for presentation.

  4. Submission Deadline
    • The last date for abstract submission is June 1, 2026, before 17:00 hrs (IST).
    • Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be considered under any circumstances.
       
  5. Abstract Acceptance Notification
    • The Presenting Author will be informed about their abstract status by June 30, 2026 and the same will be published online.

  6. Abstract Structure - Free Paper & Poster
    Abstracts must be structured and include the following headings:
    Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions & Keywords.
     
  7. Abstract Structure - Case Presentation
    Case presentation abstracts must include: Title, Brief Summary, Novelty of the Case / Learning Points.
     
  8. Word Limit
    • The abstract text must not exceed 300 words.
    • Abstracts should be concise and clearly written within the prescribed structure.
       
  9. Number of Submissions
    • One submitter may submit a maximum of five (05) abstracts total in all 3 categories.
    • 1 presenter will be considered for 1 oral presentation in each category (Free paper and case presentation).
