- All presenters must attend the meeting physically from 2nd to 4th October 2026 in India.
-
Each presentation is scheduled for 20 minutes:
- 8 minutes for the case presentation
- 5 minutes for discussion
- 2.5 minutes for radiology
- 2.5 minutes for pathology
- The number of slides should not exceed 10–15, depending on your speaking style.
- Limit your presentation to the case description and 1–2 summary slides at the end.
- Include all authors and their affiliations on the first/title slide.
-
The first slide after title slide should be your disclosure slide, even if you have no
disclosures (“I have nothing to disclose”).
- Do NOT have slides with references at the end.
- Do NOT use fonts smaller than 22pt in the body of your slide.
- Try to limit each slide to no more than 5 bullet points.
-
Relevant radiology and pathology images should be selected by you and included in the
final set of slides; the radiologist and pathologist may modify the radiology and
pathology slides for the final presentation.
- All radiology is presented by the radiologist, and all pathology is presented by the pathologist.
-
When you arrive at a radiology or pathology slide, you should defer to the expert for
description/discussion.
-
You may include 1–2 audience response questions in your presentation, subject to review
by the Walsh-in-Asia hosts. Please keep in mind that polling questions require extra time.
-
Be prepared to answer questions from the experts, moderators, and audience. You may call
on your supervisor/co-authors for comment.
